  • Qadardan disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. Qadardan DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall Qadardan be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
  • We advise our visitors not to transfer money via wire transfer or any other source without checking the authenticity of the other person or party.
  • Qadardan does not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the listings.
  • Qadardan does reserve the right to move listings from one category to another or to end listing as appropriate, in its sole discretion.
  • Qadardan cannot guarantee that we will notice or prevent any inappropriate use of the system.
  • Payment terms are to be agreed upon between seller and buyer. Qadardan is not involved in the transaction.

  • The Rules and the Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer may be amended from time to time, by Qadardan in its sole discretion.

  • Ad postings are subject to approval
  • Qadardan will record your IP for security reasons, however, your IP will not be visible to the general public or visitors.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing or account at any time without prior notification to the use if it has violated the Terms and Use of the Qadardan Classified Ads.
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listing or communication; it is the responsibility of the potential buyer or seller to verify the authenticity of the other party.
  • Qadardan Classified Ads system is intended to be for those who would like to sell, buy, or give away items; announce community events; or are looking for employment or employees.
  • Duplicate listings or listings that contain similar information from the same user can be removed at the sole decision of Qadardan, please do not spam the Classified Ads.
  • No ad promoting activities that are illegal under the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
  • We reserve the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.
