We accept exchange/return on the following
occasions if it is requested within 24 hours from the date of
delivery
1) If we delivered a
product that does not match with your original order or it does not match with
the product description (product is not as advertised)
2) If you received a
damaged / unusable/expired product
3) If you received a
product with missing parts/accessories
4) If you received an incorrect product (wrong size/colour)
5) If we failed to notify
you of your ordered item being out of stock and we delivered an alternative
product instead
Exchange / Return Conditions
The product must be unused/unworn, unwashed, must have the
original tags on.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and
should contain:
